The Lunch Box Food Truck started as a small brick-and-mortar dream built around one simple idea—serve great food that brings people together. As our passion for serving fresh, made-to-order grilled cheese grew, so did the opportunity to take it on the road.

Today, we’ve expanded into the food truck space and, with the help of some great friends, turned this truck into a second home for our brand. It’s more than just a business on wheels—it’s a shared passion and a place where community and comfort food meet.
